Peds Potpourri: Head Lice, Surviving Sepsis and Kids, Covid-19 Epidemiology in Kids & Quarantine Stress

This month marks a new first for us, namely, a combined virtual JC with our EM colleagues from CHKD. I think discussing and updating our collective Covid-19 experiences will be welcome however, we thought including a few additional topics would allow for some diversion from our state of Covid overload. Our last JC had over 40 participants which can make hosting the discussion a nail-biter. For the most part, it went reasonable well as Zoom has proven a very stable and facile platform. During a recent Grand Rounds, we utilized Zoom’s breakout groups which if we have a large JC group, may be worthwhile to try again.
